Chef time no really I can cook

Take 1 chicken breast, cut it to stuff or butterfly. Add a mixture of some pink salt, parsley, onion and lemon pepper into the cavity or interior exposed cut area if it's butterflied. Basically rub it into the interior graining of the meat.
Take 2 thin or medium pieces of dried mango and stuff it inside also. Flatten it then grill it with a coating of olive oil and optional cherry syrup from a bottle of cherries. Cherries are part of the desert mixed with some fresh mango and blackberries otherwise skip the cherry syrup part. Serve with some Pav Bhaji for some extra flavor.

I don't measure or anything so your mileage varies. Something comes out right it comes out right, otherwise I keep refining it. Made this mustard sauce a bit ago I still haven't recreated that was very good for porks or chicken dishes. Might have carried it over a couple of days and started from a base that I don't remember so that might be the issue.
